Planoy: Resource utilization planning for those who hate planning! There comes a point when orders and capacities can no longer be planned solely in the management’s head. That’s when you need software that maintains overview and simplifies planning. Planoy is such a software solution that enables companies to efficiently plan and manage their resources. Motivation
But you also want to avoid the overhead of a dedicated project management role, because ultimately only the following questions really matter:
- How much will my company have earned approximately by the end of the year?
- Can I accept a new order and complete it within the desired timeframe?

Doesn’t everyone do this?
We do less and we’re proud of it. We don’t even try to plan down to the hour what will happen on Tuesday two weeks from now. Things will turn out differently anyway. Also, Planoy is not a todo ticket system. You already have Jira or Trello for that.
We don’t believe there’s a plannable, linear relationship between open items and remaining time. That has simply never worked.
We aim for the minimum: Project registration with minimal parameters: name, time period, workload, and “How much have we already invoiced?” Additionally, we can manage resources.
